Beverwijk (population: 36,995 in 2004) is a municipality and a town in the north-western Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. The municipality covers an area of 20.35 kmē (of which 1.81 kmē water). The municipality of Beverwijk also includes Wijk aan Zee.
